DELIVERY
1.1 Please allow 3-10 working days for delivery after your payment is cleared. It depends on region.
1.2 We do not ship to Post Boxes or Post Office addresses.
1.3 At present, we are only able to ship to countries included in the list below.
Countries not on the list are excluded because they are outside of the areas. Please contact to us. We apologize for any inconvenience and are working on expanding our service.

1.4 If you want to change your delivery address after order confirmed. Please contact us by e-mail to: info@kazignconcept.com. You may have to pay for the extra cost incurred.
1.5 Once the order is dispatched to the courier, we will not accept any request for the change of delivery address. If the delivery failed, an email notification will send to the customer to request the new postal address. The customer will pay the second delivery charges.
UNDELIVERABLE PROBLEM
If your package is undeliverable because:
1.1 There are errors in the customer supplied delivery address, and/or
1.2 The package is not accepted within the delivery period and is returned, we are not able to resend the package.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.
CONSUMPTION TAXES AND DUTIES
Duties, depending on the purchase price of the goods, may be applicable for overseas orders. These duties are collected by customs authorities at the destination country, and are the responsibility of the customer. Please be advised that payment will be required even for deliveries that are not accepted by the customer.
