1.1 If you received a wrong item, or the products are defective. Please contact us by e-mail info@kazignconcept.com for enquiry with 7 days. We do not accept return and exchange after 7 days.
1.2 Returns will take 1-2 weeks to process once we receive them. We will send you a notification email. Check your spam folder to make sure the notification didn’t get marked as spam. We will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us by regular mail. We will not reimburse for express shipping.
